Do what you love- Part 2

by - March 13, 2019

Hello guys, welcome back!

If you read my post " Do what you love (part 1)", I mention some online resources that you can use to learn and strengthen your skills, so today I want to talk a little bit more about skillshare, since I subscribe to it and now I can tell you my opinion. I have to month free because I use a limited code of one of the youtuber I follow.

First of all, I want to be clear that this is not a sponsored post or an affiliate post, everything I write here is because I really liked the platform and want to share it with you. I'm going to be doing other post with the other two platforms that I have used and I truly liked!

Skillshare is a platform where you can take different classes in the topics like

1. Creative

  • Animation
  • Photography
  • Graphic Design
  • Illustration
  • More

2. Business

  • Marketing
  • Accounting
  • Freelance
  • More

3. Technology

  • Data Science
  • Web Development
  • More

4. Lifestyle

  • Crafts
  • Culinary
  • More
I want to take all the classes, because they're "short" but they're very explanatory and the projects or assignments you need to do you can upload them if you want or not is up to you, but I recommend you doing them and uploading them because that way you receive feedback for the teacher and for the other people who are participating of the class.

The subscription is $10 dollars when its pays annually which is better because you're going to be saving $5 dollars per month because the monthly payment is of $15 dollars. The best part is that there is new classes every day so that way you can organize yourself during the whole year to take all the classes you want and so the projects and assignments.

I think the downfall of this is that even thought it helps you learn and strengths skills you at the end you don't get a certification or something that proves to others (in paper) that you can do those things. When it comes to write down you resume, but that doesn't stop you to getting the job that you want so go for it because you have the skills and the knowledge to do it.

Here is the link to get 2 months free to check out the platform and the classes and see if they're for you and your learning style.

I hope this post is helpful and you give it a chance to the platform to learn new things.Let me know how it goes!

Love you guys!
