How to channel your energy and keep motivated

Hello my beautiful people, welcome back!

Today I'm going to be talking about how you can channel your energy so you can keep motivated especially those days were get out of bed is so tedious. We're always under so much pressure with million things to do that at some point we don't motivation or sufficient energy to do them. 

I have been doing this exercises for a long time and they have been helping me channel my inner energy, my motivation and that's what I want to share with all you. They're super simple, but very effective.


First of all I start my making some coffee or tea and enjoy the morning while I'm drinking  it looking outside  or in the balcony if it's not to cold. I do this with time  and without pressure because if I don't do it that way my day start bad and everything goes wrong from there.


My second step of channeling my inner energy is writing down why I'm thankful for and I can do it while I'm drinking my coffee or after. I also take this time to talk to him and do my daily devotionals. When I'm finish writing these I also start planning my day to keep everything organized. But I tried to not to think too much of it or following exactly as it is because that give me a little stress.         


Finally, I do some exercises and end them with some yoga moves to relax my body and mind and found my inner peace and be ready to start my day. The exercises help me release stress and start my day with energy which keep me motivated during the day. 

They're super simple, but like I said they're very effective because it allowed me to get in connection with myself and recharge my energy to do all my things. Also, don't forget to sleep the hours you need to wake up rest and ready for channel your inner energy every morning!
