Christmas Cookies

Hello my beautiful people, welcome back!

Today I'm going to share with you my 3 favorite Christmas cookies recipe. I love the 3 of them and the best it's they're healthy. I'm going to be uploading soon my vlogmas making cookies and decorating them. Let's start:

1. Gingerbread cookies

Almond flour or Flour- 5 cups for almond and 6 for all purpose 
Baking powder - 1/2 to 1 tsp
Pinch of salt
Nutmeg - 1 tsp
Ginger (ground)- 3 tsp
Cinnamon- 2 tsp
vanilla - 2 tsp
coconut oil - 2/3 cup
Eggs- 2
Brown Sugar- 1 cup
Molasses - 1 cup


1. Preheat the oven 350 degrees
2. Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, ginger and set aside
3. In a bowl mix the coconut oil, molasses, eggs and vanilla until its all well mix
4. Pour the wet mix into the dry and mix well until you get the dough consistency that you want.
5. Make a ball after kneading a little and let the dough chill in the fridge fo 15 min. 
6. Take the dough and roll out approx 1/2 cm thicker and start making your mans with a cookie cutter.
7. Put the cookies in the baking tray or pan and bake them for 10-20 min. depending on how crunchy or soft do you like them. 
8. Once they're done allow them to cool before decorate them. 

2. Sugar Cookies


2 3/4 all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup butter or 3 tsp of coconut oil
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt


1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
2. Mixed the dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Mixed the butter and sugar until smooth, then add the vanilla and egg and mix well.
**For the sugar I used half granulated and half brown.
4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ones until you get the dough consistency that you want. 
5. Knead the dough a little and put in the fridge to chill for 10 to 15 min.
6. Roll out your dough until you get approx 1/2 cm and cut the forms that you want with the cookie cutters or just make balls. 
7. Put the cookie dough in a ungreese tray or sheet
8. Bake them for 8 to 10 min or until they get golden that you want.

3. Chocolate Chip cookies
