by - October 05, 2018

Hello my beautiful people, welcome back!

Today I'm going to be sharing with you my Top clothing, accessories and apps that have being helping me this year, since I started my fitness journey! Some of you had asking me about the app and some of the accessories that I used, so I decided to share it with all you. So lets start with the clothing. I'm not a person to buy brands things unless they're really worth it.

When it comes to shoes I do like good shoes even though I don't know a lot about it, I have my husband! He always help me when it comes to sports and fitness shoes and he has been the one who has buyed me my two favorite sport shoes.  Now, depending on the kind of exercises that I'm going to be doing is the kind of shoes that I use. For my leg days and upper body if it's with weights I use my converses. Because for me they're more flat surface, almost as if  I don't have any shoes on. HIIT days I just used my sneakers. I have two pair of sneakers that I love, the first one is my nike sneakers that I had since my birthday on 2014, yeah! They're my favorite specially for the colors and how they feel on.

My second pair of exercising shoes are the Adidas the Cloudfoam QT Racer Shoes, they're super comfy and the color is just addorable. The only thing is that at least in my own experiences I don't like them to run, I prefer my nikes. So that's why I'm looking for a new pair of nike shoes to run. If you know some good running shoes let me know!! They look a little dirty because they're hahah and obviously they have 4 years of life! I couldn't found the shoes on the store, but I found the adidas! If you like them just click the photo.

For clothing perse, I use affordable one from Amazon, Walmart, JcPenny and other store who has them in special haha. Some of the pieces that I love using to do my workouts are these ones:

Classic Palette Criss Cross Back Capri

They're from JcPenny and the brand name is Xersion. I think they were like 5 dollars each. They were in sale and I think they're yet in sale. So you can go and check them out. For sport bra I'm in love with this purple one that I got on Marshalls. It's super comfy and cover very perfectly but most important its purple!

Marshalls Other - Sports Bra

Now, I'm going to share my apps and accessories. I like to start my day putting on my fitness watch, it's from Samsung and it's like magenta. It helps stay active and know how is my day and fitness parameter going. Which is connect to an app in my phone. I love it, because it tells me  how many steps I have in my day, how many calories I burned during the day, my heart pulse, how many floors per day and you can set up the kind of workout you want to do to for the day.

This watch is compatible with different phones, as long as you download the app for the watch. Which lead me to the apps that I have been loving this whole year. Let's start with the app of the watch, is the Galaxy Wearable, and addition to that app this watch is compatible with other apps like Samsung Health, Google Fit, MyFitnessPal, Endomondo and among others. The fitness app that I have been using are:

This app gives you the options for different types of workouts divide in

* High Intensity – High Intensity Interval Training a.k.a. HIIT
*Light Cardio – Classic cardio you do to burn fat during a workout for longer time period - typically > 30 minutes
*Plyometric Jumps – Set of dynamic jumps to boost explosive power and effectively burn calories
*Joint Friendly – Low Impact Cardio for older people or people recovering from an injury.

I really love this app, I can choose the time that I want my workout last and I can choose what kind of workout I want to do. Also, you can build your own workout with custom workouts. You have the option of choose exercises, duration, rest intervals and challenge yourself with your own training.

This app is super easy to use and the workouts are suitable for all levels, and you can easily do them at home or anywhere, anytime. At the end of every workout the app ask you how was the intensity of the workout so if you found it easy you can said it and the next workout is modified. I really love it, specially when I don't want to go to the gym.

I download this app because my husband have his pt test soon so I wanted to practice with him but I suck in push ups! I barely can do 5 and I'm dying! haha so I decide to do the push-up challenge to increase my resistance. Which I'm still suck but I'm progressing a little at least. BTW I'm going to be doing soon my pt test video so you can see how is it and feel the experience with me.
