SUNDAY MORNING: MIND CLEANSE

HELLO MY BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE, WELCOME BACK TO SUNDAY MORNING!



TODAY I'M GOING TO BE SHARING WITH YOU, THE REASONS OF WHY YOU NEED A MIND CLEANSE AND TIPS TO DO IT. I WAS IN FACEBOOK WATCHING THE FEED AND I SEE A POST THAT WAS TALKING ABOUT THIS, ABOUT HOW WE NEED TO CLEANSE OUR MINDS AND BRAIN FOR THE NEGATIVE THINGS AND HOW GOD WORDS CAN HELP YOU DO THAT. SO, YEAH I'M GOING TO BE FOCUS NOT ONLY IN THE POWER OF GOD BUT ALSO IN OUR SELF CONTROL TO BE ABLE TO CLEANSE AND GET RID OF THE NEGATIVE THINGS.

LET START WITH, WHAT IS A MIND CLEANSE? WELL A MIND CLEANSE IS A WAY TO ELIMINATE THE TOXINS THAT ARE CAUSING DAMAGE TO YOUR BRAIN, MIND, BODY, HEALTH, AND SOUL AND SPIRIT. EVERY DAY WE'RE EXPOSED TO MANY TOXINS THAT WE DON'T EVEN KNOW ITS HAPPENING, BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN EXPOSE FOR SO MANY TIME THAT WE'RE NOT LONGER INMUNE TO THEM. WHY IS IMPORTANT TO DO A MIND CLEANSE? WELL, IS IMPORTANT TO DO A MIND AND BODY CLEANSE ONE OR TWO TIMES A MONTH BECAUSE THAT WAY WE'RE PROTECTING OURSELVES FOR THE TOXINS OF THE WORLD, INCLUDING THE TOXINS THAT SEPARATE US FROM GOD. IF WE WANT TO HAVE A HEALTHY AND GOOD RELATION WITH GOD AND THE WORLD WE HAVE TO START BY OURSELVES, WE HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF EVERY PART OF OURSELVES. IF WE DON'T DO IT, ANYBODY IS GOING TO DO IT FOR US, BECAUSE IS OUR BODY, OUR MIND, OUR SOUL, AND OUR SPIRIT. YOU CAN'T HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE IF YOU DON'T HAVE A HEALTHY MIND AND SOUL.

HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT YOU NEED A MIND CLEANSE? I REALLY RECOMMEND THAT AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH YOU DO A MIND CLEANSE, BUT IF YOU WANT TO KNOW WHERE YOU NEED IT ASAP, WELL YOU WILL HAVE TO START ASKING YOU SOME QUESTIONS. I'M NOT AN EXPERT OR PROFESSIONAL IN THIS MATTER, BUT THOSE ARE THE THINGS THAT I DO MYSELF AND HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR ME. 

1. WHAT IS YOUR CRITERIA ABOUT LIFE, ABOUT YOURSELF?
2. WHAT KIND OF CONDUCT DO YOU HAVE WITH YOURSELF, WITH OTHERS, WITH GOD?
3. WHAT THINGS DO YOU GET USED TO DO? ARE THEY POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE?
4. WHAT KIND OF STANDARDS DO YOU HAVE?
5. WHAT KIND OF PATTERNS  DO YOU HAVE? ARE THEY GOOD AND POSITIVE?
6. DO YOU TEND TO COMPLAIN? HOW MUCH?
7. ARE YOU GRATEFUL?
8. DO YOU CONSIDER AN OPTIMISTIC PERSON?
9. DO YOU HAVE FAITH?
10. DO YOU RELY IN GOD PLANS?


5 MINUTES MEDITATION MIND DETOX



1. PLACE
I RECOMMEND USING YOUR "SAFE PLACE" OR ANY PLACE WHERE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND SAFE. 

2. BREATH
TAKE DEEP BREATHS AND EXHALE SLOWLY, THIS WILL HELP YOU TO DISAPPEAR YOUR WORRIES AND CLEAR YOUR MIND.

3. CLEAR MIND
IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO DO THE MIND CLEANSE YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR MIND CLEAR, IN COMPLETE WHITE SPACE SO YOU CAN FOCUS IN THE SCAN OF YOUR BODY TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM.

4. SCAN YOUR BODY
ONCE YOU HAVE CLEARED YOUR MIND, START SCANNING IT TO FIND THE PROBLEM OR PROBLEMS THAT ARE TOXIC TO YOUR BODY AND HEALTH. 

5. THINK WHERE THOSE THINGS ARE COMING FROM?
ONCE YOU SCAN YOUR BODY, ASK YOURSELF, WHERE THOSE TOXINS ARE COMING FROM, THEY ARE COMING FROM FRIENDS?, WORK?, FAMILY?, YOURSELF?

6. CONTINUE BREATHING AND EXHALE ALL THOSE NEGATIVE THINGS 
TO GO MORE DEEP CONTINUE BREATHING AND GET TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEMS AND ONCE YOU ARE THERE EXHALE SLOWLY SO EVERYTHING GOES AWAY. 

FOR A MORE DEEP MIND CLEANSE

1. PICK A MORE SPIRITUAL PLACE FOR YOU
2. PUT SOME MUSIC 
3. YOU CAN USE YOUR FAVORITE CANDLE AND INCENSES

LIKE I SAID, I'M NOT A PROFESSIONAL OR EXPERT IN THE MATTER, THIS IS JUST WHAT I DO AND IS WORKING FOR ME, YOU CAN DO YOUR OWN IF YOU WANT, BUT REMEMBER ALWAYS BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF AND BE THE MOST OBJECTIVE POSSIBLE WHEN YOU'RE CREATING THE QUESTIONS AND STEPS. ALSO, REMEMBER THAT YOUR HEALTH IS SUPER IMPORTANT INDEPENDENTLY IF YOU ARE A BELIEVER OR NOT. HAVING A HEALTHY MIND IS NOT DIRECTLY RELATED TO RELIGION, IF NOT TO YOUR WELFARE AS A HUMAN BEING.
