Hello my beautiful people, welcome back!

Today I'm going to be sharing with all of you different tips to success in your interview. Every company is different but they have in common certain standards to make the interview process. I know that when comes to interviews we get nervous because we don't know what they are going to ask us, or if we will answer the questions well. So, that's why I'm here to share with you some tips that I learn in my interview process and other people process.

The key for a successful interview

Let's star with the key for a successful interview, and what is that key? It's super simple, the key for a successful interview is RESEARCH. You have to do your research about the company before going to your interview. Why research is the key? Because if you learn all about the company you can use it to sell yourself to them and at the same way learn is the company fits your values and what you can do to contribute to the company.

Job interview preparation

When you do research you're preparing, but that is not the only way to prepare yourself, it's the principal but onece you do your research you still have work to do. Here are the steps to your interview preparation, as I said Research is the number one, after we do the research we have to answers the questions that they may ask you on the interview (do it precisely and to the point). When you're answer the questions make sure that you're adding your skills and qualification that best match the position you're aspiring. Then you have to practice and practice because the practice make the master. Also, when you practice you know what aspects you have to change and how to speak properly and avoid non-verbal communication. Once you practice what you're going to said you have to make sure you have all the documents that you need (Resume, Cover Letter, CV, Personal Statement, among others documents that you think you're going to need). Finally, you have to choose the clothes that best suits you, but be aware that they are dress code protocols to interviews because you have to look professional and be able to sell yourself the best way possible. Clothes are the first impression you give on yourself when you enter the office.

1. Research
2. Prepare your answers
3. Practice
4. Documents
5. Dress code

Common questions made in a interview

The company or the interviewers always have standard questions, because that help them be more objective and also help them to get to know you better. I'm going to share with you some of the common standards questions that they ask in a interview. Remember that they're a lot more questions that they made, but this are the ones that they has make me on my interviews.

1. Tell me about yourself
2. What you can contribute to the company?
3. Why the company should hire you?
4. Why d you have to work here?
5. How do you deal under pressure?
6. What do you do to manage a difficult situation?

General dress code for interviews

When you're going to an interview, you have to make sure that you choose the right cloth. For that you have to look it up for the best thing that suits your style but also that make you look professional. The dress code is going to depend on the kind of you that you're applying for. The most general dress code is neutral color or solid colors, skirt or pants, blazer (optional), close shoes (best if they're comfortable). You can wear jeans if they are ark colors and don't are ripped jeans. Also, don't choose super tight pants, because they don't look professional as you think.
