Hello guys, welcome back!

Today is Monday, so that means fitness update!

I started the 3-week diet on February 1, which consists of almost completely reducing or completely eliminating carbohydrates and increasing the amount of protein. It has been difficult because in my house we turn around the days we cook, and not everyone is dieting with me, I have been trying to keep it but I have not done it completely. Although if as carbohydrates I try to make it in the least amount possible. I am still stuck in the same weight, although I have decreased in percentage of fat and increased in percentage of water, which means that I am retaining liquids, so I am going to reduce the consumption of salt. On the other hand the intermitent fasting has gone super well, I'm eating less and the cravings to eat because if they have decreased. On the other hand, I have decided to start a challenge with 4 of my friends to keep us motivated and active. I still do not know when we're going to start, but I know it's going to be soon. I haven't uploaded the video using the resistance bands because my laptop don't let me edit the video, every time I tried to edit, the laptop download a update and need restart. But I will be uploading in my instagram, parts of the video, so go to my page to see it (link is down below). Also, I haven't uploaded photos or update ipsy products because I haven't used them yet, the only one I have been using so far is the cream after doing exercises and until now I love it because it moisturizes my skin, the only thing I have noticed is that when I use it often I get more pimples but otherwise it's very good. 


And finally, today was my first day doing streaming on twitch playing fifa 18. To be a person who does not play almost, I'm doing quite well, I'm still working with talking to people who write and play, but little by little I I'm adapting. I'm thinking that another game to practice, if you have one that would like to see me play, let me know.

Hola, bienvenidos!!! 

Empece la dieta de las 3 semanas el primero de febrero, la cual consta de disminuir en casi su totalidad o elimar por completo los carbohidratos y aumentar la cantidad de proteina. Se me ha hecho dificil pues en mi casa nos turneamos los dias que cocinamos, y no todos estan haciendo la dieta conmigo, so he estado tratando de mantenerla pero no lo he hecho por completo. Aunque si como carbohidratos trato de que sea en la cantidad menos posible. Aun sigo estacanda en el mismo peso, aunque he bajado en porcentaje de grasa y aumentado en porcentaje de agua, lo que significa que estoy reteniendo liquidos, por lo que voy a reducir el consumo de sal. Por otro lado el intermitent fasting me ha ido super bien, estoy comiendo menos y los antojos de comer porque si se han disminuido. por otro lado, he decidido comenzar un challenge con 4 de mis amigas para mantenernos motivadas y activas. Aun no se cuando lo vamos a empezar, pero se que va a ser pronto. No he subido el video usando las bandas de resistencia porque mi computadora portátil no me permite editar el video, cada vez que intento editar, la computadora portátil descarga una actualización y necesita reiniciarse. Pero voy a estar subiendo a mi instagram partes del video, asi que vayan a mi pagina a verlos (link abajo). Tampoco he subido fotos ni update de los producto de ipy porque no los he utilizado aun, el unico que he estado utilizando hasta ahora es la crema despues de hacer ejercicios y hasta ahora me encanta por que me hidrata la piel, lo unico que he notado es que cuando la uso seguido varios dias me salen mas barritos, pero fuera de eso es muy buena.

Por ultimo, hoy fue mi primer dia haciendo streaming en twitch jugando fifa 18. Para ser una persona que no juega casi, me va bastante bien, aun estoy trabajando con el hablar con las personas que me escriben y jugar, pero poco a poco me voy adaptando. Estoy pensando que otro juego practicar, si tienen alguno que les gustaria verme jugar, dejenme saber.

    1. Hi, thanks!! And well I played when I was younger, but I started recently! Actually my goal is beat my husband! jaja So every help and tip is welcome! And I'm super terrible playing!
