Protein Brownie Cookies 🍪

Hi guys, welcome back to my blog!!

If you want something delicious to recovery from the intense workout you definitely have to try this delicious protein brownie cookies. You won't be disappointment.


Protein brownie cookie:

- 1/3 cup of sugar (you can use coconut sugar if you want)
- 1 egg ( I substitute the egg with flax seed meal*)
-1/2 cup of melted butter ( I use 1/4 of almond butter and 1/4 of butter)
-1/4 of protein powder (Can be chocolate or vanilla)
- 2-3 tablespoon of cocoa powder unsweetened) 
- 2 tablespoon of coconut flour 
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda

Instruction:

1. Pre-heat the oven at 350° C
2. In a large bowl add the dried ingredients and mixed
3. Put the butter in the microwave for 10 seconds
4. Add the butter to the mixed 
5. Add the egg or flax seed meal mixture
6. Mixed until look like cookie dough
7. Grease the pan and take the dough into ball and put in the pan
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes

* For the flax seed mixture use 1 tablespoon of flax seed meal with 3 tablespoons of warm water
* If the mixture looks to dried add more warm water
*If the mixture is to liquid add more protein powder
